Reservations
and Deposits
*We do
not require a deposit to reserve a kid
from a breeding. If there is a breeding
that you like, please contact us as soon
as possible. We keep a
waiting list on breedings. Kids
will be sold on a first come basis. When
kids are born, we will contact those on
the list, beginning at the top. You will
be given 48 hours in which to make your
decision.
*If you
decide to purchase a kid or a goat we
have for sale, a $100( or $50 for a
wether) deposit is due within 10
days. Your deposit will hold the animal
for 30 days. After which time (unless
other arrangements have been made), if
the animal is not picked up, it will
remain our property and no refunds will
be given.
*At time
of pick-up, payment will be accepted in
CASH only and for the TOTAL amount of
sale, and your deposit check will be
handed to you. Pick-up may be at our
farm or at a show we are attending.
*Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs,
including health certificate, crate and
airfare, etc. Special payment
arrangements will be made for shipped
animals only.
*All kids
will have been disbudded and have had at
least one dose of CD/T.
*We price
our animals based on conformation,
pedigree, and potential.
*We
reserve the right to retain any animal
at any time.
All animals must be paid for in full
before leaving our possession.
All goats sold are healthy when they
leave our farm, and
free from disqualifying faults at time
of purchase.
Since we cannot control their
environment or
any stress that may result due to
transportation
or management -once
they leave our care, we cannot offer any
further guarantees.
Any fertility problems of animals
purchased for breeding must be
genetic in origin, and accompanied
by a report stating so from a licensed
veterinarian, before a replacement or
refund is given.
